Return and Refund Eligibility
1. Products can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or do not match the description
provided at the time of purchase.
2. Customers must need to check the products in front of the delivery man and if any defect or damage is found, it must be returned immediately.
3. If you were unable to check the product at the time of delivery and found any damage or defect afterwards, you must need to contact us within 5 days after getting the product.
4. Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving the product if the seller and buyer are in different cities, or within 5 days if they are in the same city.
5. Items eligible for return must be in their original packaging and condition.
Return Process
1. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at the given contact number. Provide your order number, details of the product, and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back the product.
3. The product must be handed over to the delivery service within 3-7 days after receiving the return authorization.
Refund Process
1. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
2. Refunds will be issued within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned product.
3. If the person came to our office for the refund, he/she will get instant cash refund. Otherwise, we will provide refund through Mobile Banking.
Exchange Policy
1. Exchanges are available for products that are defective, damaged or wrong products. For this, you must need to contact us within 24-72 hours after getting the product.
2. To request an exchange, follow the same process as for returns. Specify that you would like an exchange instead of a refund.
3. The replacement product will be shipped within 72 hours of receiving the defective or damaged item.
